1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. After this 30-day period, return or exchange requests will no longer be accepted.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:
- Product arrived damaged, broken, or with missing parts
- Product has a defect that affects its use or functionality
- Product received does not match the description or images shown on our website
- Wrong item delivered (product does not match your order)
- Change of mind: You may return items in their original, unused condition within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined below.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition
- All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
- The item must be free from stains, pet hair, odors, or signs of use
- Furniture must not have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way
- A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Items that have been assembled, used, or altered after delivery
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
5. Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact our customer service team by phone or email, providing your order number, proof of purchase, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos of the issue.
Step 2: Our team will review your request promptly. If the return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include any provided return label or follow the packaging instructions given by our team.
Step 4: Ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed.
6. Exchange Procedure
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product:
Step 1: Contact our customer service with your order number, reason for the exchange, and photos if applicable.
Step 2: After approval, we will arrange the exchange and provide return instructions.
Step 3: Once we receive and verify the original item, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
7. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error (wrong item shipped, item not as described), Strothers Furniture will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns or items returned for personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage
- Do not attempt to dispose of or discard the item until instructed by our team
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation and your preference.
10. Return Label
A return shipping label will be provided for approved defective or damaged item returns. If you have not received your return label, please contact us immediately.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
