3. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PMwill be processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly via email.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after shipment
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Carriers Used
We partner with trusted shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight carriers for large furniture items. The carrier used for your order will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.
8. Large Furniture Items
For oversized or heavy furniture items, delivery may be arranged through a freight carrier. In most cases, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note the following for freight deliveries:
- Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
- Freight deliveries are typically made to your curb or driveway (threshold delivery)
- Inside delivery or assembly services may be available for an additional fee — please contact us to inquire
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt
9. Liability and Delivery Issues
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact us before shipment if you need to update your address. Strothers Furniture is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a delivery, the original shipping cost and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
10. Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and items carefully:
- If the packaging appears visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery if necessary
- Take photos of any damage to the packaging or product immediately
- Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Failure to report damage promptly may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund
